Delete your account

You can delete your Pet Plus account and everything tied to it at any time.
In the app
- Open Pet Plus and sign in.
- Profile → “Delete account”.
- Confirm. The account is deleted right away.
What is deleted
Your profile, pets and all their records, reminders, daily care, community posts, clinic reviews, QR tags, points and promo codes, the Telegram link, AI assistant usage and receipt photos.
What is kept
Payment records (amount, date, plan), for accounting, with nothing identifying you.
Can’t open the app?
Send a request with your phone number or email and we delete the account within 30 days: +998 91 051 10 11
