By using the Pet Plus app you agree to these terms. The app is run by Pet Plus.
The service
Pet Plus helps you keep your pets’ records, plan their care, find vets and clinics, post to the community and use an AI assistant. It is provided “as is” and may change over time.
Not veterinary advice
The AI assistant, tips and reminders are general information and do not replace a vet. In an emergency, contact a vet right away.
Your content
- You are responsible for your posts, reviews and photos. They must be true and lawful.
- Abuse, false information, advertising and sharing other people’s personal data are not allowed.
- We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules and limit accounts that keep doing so.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete it at any time in the app.
Premium and rewards
When premium is available, payments are reviewed by hand and premium starts once approved. Points and partner rewards cannot be exchanged for money; a partner’s conditions are in the reward’s description.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the app. We try to keep clinic and partner details up to date, but check with them before you go.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
