This explains what data Pet Plus (“we”) collects through the Pet Plus app, how it is used and how it is protected. Data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.
What we collect
- Account: name, email or phone number (when signing in with Telegram), city; your address and profile photo if you add them. For vets, the clinic and specialisation.
- Pets: name, species, breed, date of birth, weight, vaccinations, reminders, appointments, daily care, weight history and food stock. Photos attached to medical records stay on your device.
- AI assistant: your question and the pet details you choose are sent to get an answer. The chat history stays on your device; the server only counts questions.
- Public content: community posts (text, city, phone, photo), clinic reviews (with your first name and initial) and the QR tag page (pet name and species) are visible to everyone.
- Telegram: your chat id, if you turn on notifications.
- Payments (when premium is on): plan, amount, sender name, the last 4 digits of the card and the receipt photo, for manual review.
- Usage and crashes: which screens and features are used, device model and OS version, the days the app was opened, and a technical report if the app crashes.
- Points and rewards: points earned and promo codes received.
Why we use it
We show no ads, never sell your data and do not track you across other apps.
- To run the app: your account, your pets’ data, reminders and sync across devices.
- To send the Telegram notifications you turned on.
- For AI assistant answers, community posts, reviews and QR tags.
- To improve the app and fix bugs.
Who it is shared with
Only with the providers the service runs on:
- Google Firebase — sign-in, database, analytics and crash reports.
- Google Gemini API — AI assistant answers (the question and the pet details you choose).
- Vercel — the app’s server (European Union, Frankfurt).
- Telegram — notifications you turned on and messages from your QR tag.
- Open-Meteo — weather for your city (no personal data).
- OpenStreetMap — map images (your device’s IP address is visible).
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account exists. Deleting the account removes everything tied to it: profile, pets, posts, reviews, QR tags, points, the Telegram link and receipt photos. Payment records are kept for accounting, with nothing identifying you.
Guest-mode data stays only on your device and is gone when the app is removed.
Your rights
- See and edit your data in the app.
- Delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account.
- Turn off Telegram notifications at any time.

Children
The app is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page and its “last updated” date are updated. We announce important changes in the app.
